Cork City 10km 2026
The Cork City 10km takes place in Cork on 16 August 2026 and is organised by St Finbarr’s A.C. The race is part of the Peugeot Race Series and marks St Finbarr’s A.C. 75th anniversary.
The course runs along the River Lee for the first half and the second half is on a flat, straight section of road in Cork. The start line is outside the main gate of Fitzgerald's Park at the Mardyke and the finish is on The Lee Fields adjacent to The Kingsley Hotel.
Entry information includes an entry fee of €31.95 which covers a uniquely designed 75th anniversary 42K souvenir T shirt and the EventMaster booking fee. Non Athletics Ireland members pay an additional €2. There is an optional race number and tee shirt delivery for €6. Number and t shirt collection is at The Kingsley Hotel on the days before the race.
Chip timing is provided by Pop-Up Races. Bag drop is available at The Kingsley Hotel on the morning of the race. A water station will be on course and Refll Ireland will supply water at the finish in pre filled reusable cups as part of the event sustainability measures.
The men's course record is 29:38 and the women's course record is 31:58. The event supports Cork City Missing Persons Search & Recovery. Sponsors include Doyle Solicitors and The Kingsley Hotel. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
