Cork City 10K 2026
The Cork City 10K is organised by St. Finbarr's A.C. as part of the Peugeot Race Series. The event is set for Sunday 16 August 2026 and the organising permit is approved, cert.no: 26/193. Entries for the race are sold out.
The course is a scenic city route. The first half runs along sections that overlook the River Lee while the second half follows a flat and straight stretch of road in Cork. The start line is outside the main gate of Fitzgerald's Park, the Mardyke. The finish is on the Lee Fields adjacent to The Kingsley Hotel.
Race services include chip timing by Pop-Up Races and a bag drop at The Kingsley Hotel. A water station will supply water in pre-filled reusable cups at the finish in line with the organiser's sustainability approach. The event provides a 75th anniversary souvenir 42K tee shirt to participants.
Transfers are managed through the Eventmaster transfer system; the transfer window runs from 28 June to 26 July. Transfers must be completed directly between the two individuals and the organiser accepts no responsibility for disputes or payments arising from transfers.
Number and tee shirt collection takes place at The Kingsley Hotel on the two days before the race and there is no collection on the day of the event. An optional delivery service for numbers and shirts is available for a fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
