C.O.P.S. and Joggers 5K/10K Run
The C.O.P.S. and Joggers Run is a community event held at Phalen Regional Park in St. Paul, Minnesota. Now in its third year, this event honors fallen law enforcement officers and recognizes active officers serving in the region. The race takes place around Lake Phalen and brings together runners, walkers, families, and law enforcement personnel in a spirit of remembrance and respect.
Proceeds from the event support the Minnesota Chapter of Police Survivors (MN C.O.P.S.), an organization that provides resources and care for the families and coworkers of officers lost in the line of duty. The event is chip-timed, ensuring accurate results for all participants. The course is open to a variety of participants, and the use of strollers and the presence of dogs are permitted.
Participants can choose from several registration categories:
- 5k
- 10k
- Virtual 5k
- Virtual 10k
The virtual options are open to all ages and include a race packet with a T-shirt and bib shipped to the participant. On-site registration options include individual rates for adults and youth, a discounted rate for families of up to five members, and a specific flat rate for families of fallen officers.
