Cookie Crumbler 1 Miler
The Cookie Crumbler 1 Miler is a first, non-timed community run scheduled for June 13, 2026 at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point, IN. The event is organized for kids, families and friends and features a 1 mile course with a finisher medal and a giant cookie at the finish. The first 100 registrants receive a finisher medal.
The run is part of an evening program that includes the Hometown Nite Market and a community Nite Ride. The market includes artisan vendors, live music, food and craft drinks, kids activities and bounce houses. Additional on-site activities include a bike rodeo and prizes for best decorated bikes, plus free kids bike helmets while supplies last and a free bike check offered by a local bike shop.
Entry fees vary by date and age: $10 for adults and ages 3-12 through May 31; starting June 1 adults are $15 and ages 3-12 are $10; children under 3 are free. Event shirts are available for purchase for a stated price through June 1. The event supports NWI No Child Hungry.
