2026 Constantine Yorkville Run
The 17th Annual Constantine Yorkville Run is held in Toronto, Ontario. This charitable athletic event features a course through the Yorkville neighborhood, with the main assembly point located at 61 Davenport Road in the Jesse Ketchum Public School Courtyard.

- 5 km virtual run
The run serves as a significant fundraising platform, having donated over $6.1 million to Toronto charities since its inception. For 2026, the event aims to raise $1 million for various organizations, including the ALS Society of Canada, Mount Sinai Health Foundation, and the Toronto Public Library Foundation.
Participants receive a race kit and a finisher medal. Following the race, a Mini Food Fest takes place where runners can fill a provided tote bag with refreshments from various vendors. An awards ceremony is held on stage to recognize top finishers and top fundraisers.
Race kit pick-up is organized in the days leading up to the event at the Manulife Centre in Yorkville. For those opting for the virtual format, participants can track their progress and upload their times during a designated one-week window.
