Conquer the Canyon : Redmond, Oregon : June 5, 2027
Conquer the Canyon is a road and trail running event in Redmond, Oregon offering multiple distances on June 5, 2027. The event includes the following races:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- 5K Doggie Dash
The course follows Dry Canyon Trail and passes through downtown Redmond. Runners move from canyon terrain with steep rocky walls and twisted juniper into the center of historic Redmond, finishing in Centennial Park. A post-race celebration at Centennial Park includes music, food, beer and local fitness and health vendors.
Packet pick up is available the day before at SCP Redmond Hotel in downtown Redmond and also on race morning near the start area. Gear drop tags are provided at packet pick up and on site; participants may drop and retrieve bags at the bag drop tent after the race. Aid stations along the route supply water, electrolytes and Gu.
Finisher medals are provided. Race tees use unisex sizing and are available for pre-order and on race day with listed prices. Awards include top three male and female finishers in open and masters divisions, age group ribbons, and sponsor prizes. A portion of registration fees benefits the Deschutes Children’s Foundation.
