Event
The Conestoga Crusher is a trail running event at Kelly's Run Nature Preserve, 257 Old Holtwood Rd, Holtwood, PA 17532, on Saturday May 16, 2026. The event includes the following distances:
- 10K
- 5K
- About 1.5 miles (RunPA Kids Trail Race "Little Crusher")
The 10K course reports 1,256 feet of vertical gain and includes creek crossings, steep climbs, downhills, and a view from the Pinnacle Overlook. The 5K follows trails through Kelly's Run gorge and includes creek crossings and natural trail features. The kids course is on single and double track trails and includes roots and rocks. Events cover parts of the Conestoga Trail and the preserve.
Logistics and rules
All races start and finish at Kelly's Run Nature Preserve. Events are chip timed and race bibs include timing chips; bibs must be worn on the front and not altered. Aid stations are provided at the finish line for all races and an additional station at the Pinnacle Overlook for the 10K; finish-line food and drinks are available. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Lancaster Conservancy.
Registration rules: no refunds, transfers, deferrals, or bib exchanges. Runners must register under their legal name and sign a waiver. Race-day registration fees are listed for 5K and 10K; the kids race is free for ages 12 and under. Some merchandise and commemorative items require registration before specified cutoff dates.
