The Combos(R) Marathon and Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Albany, GA, at 112 N Front Street (zip 31701). The event includes the following distances:

Both races are open to ages 16 and older and accept hand cyclists, runners, and walkers.
Course, services and awards
The course in Albany is described as flat and spectator-friendly. Runners have a 7-hour time limit to complete their race; participants asked to exit the course after that point. Aid stations are placed approximately every two miles and are stocked with Combos(R), Aquafina water, and Lemon-Lime Gatorade. As mileage increases, aid stations also provide bananas, oranges, and GU gels. The finish area has a hospitality tent offering Combos(R), Aquafina water, and Lemon-Lime Gatorade; Publix supplies fruit, muffins, and a variety of bagels. Each marathon participant receives a free admission ticket to the Music Festival, an all-day downtown event with bands, kids' activities, vendors, and crafters. The Combos(R) Marathon awards $12,000 in prize money to marathon finishers, including $3,000 for first male and female, $2,000 for second male and female, and $1,000 for third male and female; age-category and masters awards are given to the top three in each division.
