Columbus Run, Walk, and Roll for MPS
The National MPS Society will host a community run and walk on August 1, 2026, at 400 West Whittier Street, Columbus, Ohio. The event raises money and awareness to support people living with rare diseases; proceeds benefit the National MPS Society.
The event program includes multiple participation options:
- 5K run (timed)
- 1 Mile walk
- Virtual 5K or 1 Mile walk
Registration carries a fee of $35. Lunch is included in registration costs. The 5K is a timed race. Event logistics note that buses will transport conference attendees on a rotation, onsite registration and packet pick-up are available, awards will be presented, and a family lunch will follow.
Participants can set up team fundraisers using the event's donation tools, with options to choose a team photo, name, short bio, and a fundraising goal. The format includes both in-person and virtual options to accommodate different ways of participating. All proceeds go toward the mission of the National MPS Society.
