Colorado 150 Day 5k - Arvada
The Colorado 150 Day 5k is an untimed, brewery-based fun run held on August 1, 2026 at Colorado Tap House in Arvada. The route starts and ends at the brewery and is described as approximately 5k in length; participants may walk, jog, or run.
The course is open to traffic and will not have road closures. Runners are expected to obey traffic laws and course markings; arrows and volunteers will help guide participants. The route is designed to show the surrounding neighborhood.
All participants receive a free local craft brew or a nonalcoholic beverage at the finish, plus a choice of a collector's pint glass or a seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series. There is also a chance to win door prizes from the organizer, sponsors, and the host brewery. Event festivities include live music, food trucks, local vendors, giveaways, and merchandise for sale.
The event is rain or shine. There will not be a bag check. Dogs and strollers are permitted on the course with caution, and participants should confirm brewery policies for animals and underage guests. A valid ID is required to receive alcoholic beverages; underage participants receive a token for a nonalcoholic drink. Registration is limited to the capacity of the taproom.
