Color Run for Debate 2026 : Fuji Park, Carson City
The event is a two mile run, jog, or walk held at Fuji Park in Carson City where participants pass through color stations and are showered with non toxic colored powder. The event supports the Carson High School Speech and Debate team by raising funds for regular season entry fees and travel to the national tournament.
Participants who register by October 3rd are eligible to receive a custom white event shirt in a reserved size. Registrations after that date may receive any remaining shirts on a first come, first served basis; participants may also bring their own white clothing to be colored during the event.
Practical details include parking along Old Clear Creek Road or in the dirt lot near the dog park toward Vista Grande Boulevard. Check in is located at a table on the west side of the park near the playground with signs marking the area. Water and light snacks are provided after the activity in the pavilion on the east side of the park.
