Color Me Green 5K Trail Race
Color Me Green is a trail color run held at the Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC. The event includes a 5K run on mixed trails with color stations along the route. Leprechaun sightings are mentioned as a possible feature during the event. The race is paired with the Green River Revival festival and a post‑race St. Patrick’s Day brunch at River’s Edge.

Registration offers pre-registration and day-of options, with a stated last day to pre-register of March 10, 2027. Race shirts are guaranteed for those who register on or before March 1, 2027. Packet pick-up is scheduled March 11–13, 2027 at NoDa Brewing Company and at the South Conference Center.
Participants must sign the Whitewater Center Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating. Registration is non-refundable. Trails remain open to other runners, hikers, and bikers during the event; participants are asked to communicate when passing and note that no e-bikes or powered transportation are permitted in Whitewater Race Series events. The Whitewater Center may alter, reschedule, or cancel events and the event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine. Parking policies and fees apply. Awards are given by division, including competitive and recreational overall placings and top finishers in the kids run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
