Color Me Green 5K Trail Race - Whitewater
Color Me Green is scheduled for March 13, 2027 in Charlotte, NC. The event is a trail based color run that takes place on natural surface trails; leprechaun sightings are noted as a lighthearted possibility. A shorter kids division is also offered.

Registration is available as pre-registration and day-of registration. Pre-registration for the kids run is listed at $18 and day-of at $23. Pre-registration for the 5K shows separate rates for recreational and competitive entries at $45 and $50; day-of rates are listed at $50 and $55. Race shirts are only guaranteed for registrations made on or before March 1, 2027.
Packet pick-up is scheduled on the days before the race at NoDa Brewing and at the South Conference Center. Participants must sign the Whitewater Center Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating; the waiver may be printed and brought to packet pick-up or completed on site and is not included in the online registration form. Race registration is non-refundable.
Course markings will use colored arrows. The course crosses uneven terrain and may share trails with other runners, hikers, and bikers. Headphones and powered transportation are discouraged or prohibited. Events are planned to proceed rain or shine, and the Whitewater Center reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel events. A post race brunch is offered at River’s Edge before Green River Revival, and awards require presence at the ceremony. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
