Event Details
The event includes a Foundation 5K Run, a 1.5 Mile Walk, and a Kids' 1/4 Mile Dash.
The course for the 5K and 1.5-mile walk starts at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School Stadium. It travels through the high school campus and Victory Fields before finishing back at the stadium. The surface is mostly paved.
A water station with water and BodyArmor will be on the course. Complimentary refreshments are provided at the finish. The race is professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co., with results available on their website. Awards are given for overall and age group categories (18 & Under, 19-39, 40 & Above).
Registration by March 27, 2026, guarantees a race t-shirt. Race bibs and shirts are available for pick-up on race day from 8:00 a.m.
The event supports the Colonial School District Education Foundation. A new feature this year includes two group training runs on March 8th and March 22nd, along with an "Ask the Coach" opportunity for training tips. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
