Colchester Zoo Stampede 10K - 17th May 2026
The Colchester Zoo Stampede is a 10 km road race presented by Larking Gowen and organised by RunThrough, held on 17th May 2026. The event supports Mid and North East Essex Mind as charity of the year and also supports Colchester Zoological Society and Colchester.
The course starts inside Colchester Zoo with a 1 km loop through the zoo grounds before continuing on surrounding closed roads and finishing back inside the zoo. The route is on road terrain with a stated elevation gain of 77 m. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course. Results are chip timed.
