Cobden Peach Festival 5k
The 22nd Annual Cobden, IL Peach Festival includes a 5k run, a 5k walk and a 1 Mile fun run on August 8, 2026 at Cobden Community Park, 217 Locust St, Cobden, IL 62920, located between Old Highway 51 and Appleknocker Road.
Event distances:
- 5k Run - 3.1 Miles
- 5k Walk - 3.1 Miles
- 1 Mile Fun Run - 1 Mile
Online registration opens July 5, 2026 and closes August 7, 2026. Same-day registration is available. Entry fees vary: 5k runners and walkers are listed at $25 with a $15 no-shirt option, the Fun Run is $5 for ages 13 and up and free for ages 0-12, and there is a $35 family entry fee cap.
Awards and recognition are given for the 5k Run with overall male and female places and top three places by age group. The 5k Walk has overall male and female awards and a stroller division top three for runners and for walkers. The Fun Run offers a participation ribbon.
