This event takes place on the campus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. Organized by NS Promos/Run Myrtle Beach in partnership with the CoastalLIFE program, the event includes multiple on-site and virtual options.

About CoastalLIFE: CoastalLIFE is an individualized, residential, non-degree program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program provides supports in academic instruction, career education and training, independent living, and social and community engagement. It emphasizes inclusion, integration, and individualization and gives students access to campus opportunities such as courses, housing, student organizations, sporting events, work study, and commencement.
Race and participant information: The 5K course is on the CCU campus. Runners and walkers are welcome. There is no water stop on course. Animals and wheeled devices such as strollers, skateboards, roller blades, and unauthorized bicycles are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Gun timing is used for overall awards; chip timing is used for age-group awards. Post-race snacks and water will be provided.
Swag and logistics: All participants receive a race bib, a participant shirt while supplies last, and a custom Made in the USA medal. Virtual participants will receive mailed swag within two weeks post race. Registration is available online only and closes on race day.
