CMV Canada Half Marathon : Winnipeg, July 12, 2026
The fourth annual CMV Canada Half Marathon takes place Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Whittier Park, 836 Rue St. Joseph, St. Boniface, Winnipeg, MB. The event focuses on raising awareness about congenital CMV, described as the leading infectious cause of infant disability in Canada.
Multiple participation options are available in person or remotely. Distances offered include:
- Half marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km
- Run Anywhere to complete the half marathon from any location
All finishers receive a commemorative medal. The post-race area features refreshments, music, and a small medal ceremony. Bib pick-up is scheduled at Big Sky Run Co., 194 Taché Avenue, on Thursday, July 9 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
