Event Overview
The CMP Range Run is scheduled for a Saturday in September and takes place in Talladega, Alabama. The event consists of two races: a 5K run and a 1K fun run.
Course and Location
The 5K is a USATF certified course. It takes place on a rolling 500-acre park near Interstate 20, at 4387 Turner Mill Road in Talladega.
Registration and Fees
Registration for both events is available online. The standard fee for the 5K is $18 if registered before September 1st, increasing to $25 after that date. Members of the military and their families, as well as members of the Anniston Runners Club, Birmingham Track Club, and Gadsden Runners Club, can register for a discounted rate of $15. There are no discounts offered after September 1st. The entry fee for the 1K Fun Run is $5. Race fees are non-refundable.
Participant Details
T-shirts for participants are guaranteed only for those registered before September 8th. The event offers door prizes.
