CMP 5K Range Run and 1K Fun Run : Talladega Marksmanship Park
This event includes a USATF certified 5K and a 1K Fun Run held at Talladega Marksmanship Park, located at 4387 Turner Mill Road, Talladega, AL 35160, on a rolling 500-acre park near I-20. Proceeds benefit the CMP Youth Marksmanship Programs.

Entry fees are specified by registration date and category. The 5K entry fee is $18 before September 1 and $25 after that date. A reduced fee of $15 applies to military and family members, and members of the Anniston Runners Club, Birmingham Track Club, and Gadsden Runners Club; no discounts are available after September 1. The 1K Fun Run fee is $5. T-shirts are guaranteed only for registrations completed before September 8. Race fees are non-refundable and will be treated as donations.
Packet pickup is available at multiple locations and dates, including a pre-race pickup in Anniston at 1470 Sentinel Drive and at Talladega on the days listed by the organizer. Door prizes will be offered as part of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
