CMMS Booster Club Turkey Trot 5K - Graham
The CMMS Booster Club Turkey Trot is the third annual community 5K fundraiser and food drive held on the grounds of Cougar Mountain Middle School in Graham, WA (5108 260th ST E, 98338). The event raises funds for the Booster Club general fund to support school resources and programs that are not covered by regular school funding. It also collects non-perishable food donations to provide Thanksgiving meal support within the CMMS community.
The activity is a non timed walk/run with a "choose your own adventure" format: participants may use the track, which is stroller friendly, or follow the all-terrain Turkey Trot course that may include stairs. Strollers are encouraged on the track route. Dogs are not allowed on the course except for service dogs. Bicycles are not permitted.
Additional features include a donation challenge where the top three students who receive donations in their name will win prizes. Donors can indicate support for a specific student during the donation process. A best dressed costume contest will recognize festive Thanksgiving attire. Concessions will be available, offering items such as water, coffee, doughnuts, and pastries.
Registration opens October 5, 2026 and closes November 7, 2026. Entry fees are $15 for early registration, $20 the week of the event, and children aged five and under are free. The event is family friendly and is a no drop off event; students must be accompanied by an adult. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
