Wicked Fast Halloween 5K & 10K
The event is a Halloween themed running event in Tacoma on Saturday, October 31, 2026. It offers multiple distances and a kids run around Dune Peninsula Park. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified (WA24032RMB for the 5K and WA24031RMB for the 10K) and use a single out and back route along Tacoma's waterfront and the new Dune Peninsula Park. Notable course landmarks include the Giant Octopus mural and the Frank Herbert Spice Worm statue art.

Registration for the 5K and 10K includes a Halloween themed finisher medal, a tri blend t shirt (order by September 26 to guarantee size), and a collective bib. Team discounts apply with refunds issued when a team reaches size thresholds; optional merchandise may be available during registration. A portion of proceeds supports the Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County. Entry fees are non refundable, transfers are not permitted, and roll overs to the following year are not allowed.
Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Central Co Op in Tacoma and on race day at Dune Peninsula Park. Parking is free at Point Ruston and Dune Peninsula Park. Finish line amenities include food and beverages. Age group ribbons and overall awards are available for pickup at the results tent following the event.
