About the race
The CM Urban Walk Brussel is an urban walking event that follows an approximately 12 km route through the heart of Brussels. The course leads participants through the European quarter, over the Kunstberg, through Jubelpark and along hidden passages, green city oases and notable Brussels heritage locations. The route includes passages through and inside a number of exclusive or unusual buildings and places.
The event uses staggered wave starts with selectable time slots and the start and finish area is located at the Europakruispunt near the Central Station. Registered participants receive an e‑ticket and collect a participant badge at the registration area on event day; group registrations are handled via a designated group representative. Water is provided at supply points but no disposable cups will be available, so participants are asked to bring their own cup or drink bottle; a foldable silicone cup is offered for sale on site for €3.
The participation package includes access to exclusive locations, tasting items along the route, a portion of Arla Skyr at the rest location, a CM Urban Walk Brussel magnet as a memento and Sportinez insurance during the walk. Organisers recommend arriving by train or public transport; nearby parking options include Interparking Grand-Place, Interparking Square Albertine and BePark. Dogs are generally discouraged because some buildings on the route do not allow them. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
