The Cleethorpes AC Prom Time Trial is a 5 km time trial held on the Cleethorpes Promenade. The start is located on the promenade near the Kingsway Kiosk. Entry, rules and logistics
Entries were limited to 150 and the event reached its entry limit. The entry fee listed was £5.00 and there were no entries accepted on the day. Race numbers are collected from Race HQ at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre on the day of the event. A time limit is applied to finish the course (the event documents include reference to time limits). The minimum age to enter is 11 and the race is not suitable for wheelchairs. Competitors must be medically and physically fit to run and enter at their own risk; organisers are not responsible for loss, illness or injury. Entry information notes that participant name, club affiliation, race times and age category may be published as part of results. If the race is cancelled for adverse weather, refunds are not guaranteed and remaining funds after expenses may be donated to the club charity.
