The festival centers on Sand Key Park in Clearwater, Florida, with courses that pass Clearwater Beach, the Intracoastal, the Gulf of Mexico, the Clearwater Memorial Bridge, the Town of Belleair, and the Belleair Causeway. The marathon course is USATF certified and is a Boston Qualifier.

The 50k follows the marathon course with an added 2.5 mile out-and-back on the Pinellas Trail. All races start and finish at Sand Key Park and use loops or out-and-back sections to cover their distances. Aid stations are placed regularly: 15 in the marathon, 17 in the ultra, 7 in the half, and 1 in the 5k. Aid stations provide water, Gatorade, port-o-johns, and selected nutrition items; GU is available at the Indian Rocks Road aid station.
Event services include gear check, live online results and athlete tracking with multiple timing splits, race photos and finisher video, and finisher medals with a special combo medal for completing the Saturday 5k and a Sunday distance. A post-race beach party and recovery zone near the host hotel offers music and recovery vendors providing services such as saunas, cold plunges, IV recovery, and massages. Limited parking is available at Sand Key Park and shuttle service runs between Pier 60 and the host hotel. Runner drop off is directed to the Sheraton Sand Key Resort; drop off is not permitted at Sand Key Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
