Clawson Freedom Run 5K and Firecracker Mile
The Clawson Runs weekend includes the Freedom Run 5K and related races in Clawson, Michigan. The Freedom Run takes place at Clawson City Park and follows tree-lined neighborhood streets. A free 1-mile kids run uses the wood chip path around City Park. The Firecracker Mile is held along the parade route on 14 Mile, running east of Crooks and finishing east of Livernois (Main Street).

Entry options and fees are listed for individual events, a combined Freedom Run and Firecracker Mile entry, and a paid kids run with shirt purchase. Registrations include a deadline to be guaranteed a shirt on June 12.
Awards and prizes are provided across events. The kids 1-mile awards go to the top three boys and girls aged 12 and under. The 5K awards include medals for the top 50 male and female finishers, trophies for the top three men and women, and first place in each age group. The Firecracker Mile offers cash prizes for top finishers and medals to the top 50 men and women.
