Claremont Brewfest 5K
The Back to the Brewfest 5K is part of the Claremont Brewfest and is listed as the tenth annual running of the event on September 19. The race is sponsored by Crown Point Cabinetry and is presented in association with the Kiwanis Club of Claremont.
The course begins at Barnes Park on North Street in Claremont and finishes at the Claremont Brewfest entrance at the Visitors Center on North Street. The route is described as challenging with several big hills. Parking for racers is available at Barnes Park. A brief awards ceremony will be held at the Visitors Center shortly after the race, and age group winners receive a commemorative Claremont Brewfest pint glass.
The event is restricted to participants aged 21 and up; no one under the age of 21 is permitted to participate. Proceeds from the Claremont Brewfest support the Kiwanis Club of Claremont and are used to benefit children in the Greater Claremont Area.
