Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K
The Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K is a community run/walk held in Clare, Michigan on June 19, 2026. The event starts and finishes near Clare High School, located at 306 Schoolcrest Ave, and takes place on the streets of Clare.
T-shirts are limited to the first 100 registrants. Each participant receives Dairy Phil ice cream after the race, and all 5K participants will receive a commemorative medal that is handed out at packet pick-up prior to the race.
Online registration closes on June 17, 2026; participants who pre-register by that date pay a reduced rate of $20. After online registration ends, all entries must be made in person at packet pick-up on June 19, 2026. Day of race registration will be $25. There is no mail-in registration option and no refunds.
Changing facilities are available at Clare High School. Participants may run or walk the course. Dogs are not permitted for safety reasons. Baby strollers are allowed but must start near the back of the start line for safety. All race proceeds support Clare High School running programs, including cross-country and track and field. A waiver is required that includes assumption of risk and permission for race photos to be used by the organizers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
