The Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K is scheduled for June 19, 2026 in Clare, Michigan. The run/walk is part of the Clare Summerfest weekend and will start and finish near Clare High School at 306 Schoolcrest Ave. The course takes place on the streets of Clare. Each participant will receive Dairy Phil ice cream after the race and a Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K medal will be handed out at packet pick-up. T-shirts are limited to the first 100 registrants.
Logistics and rules
Online registration with a reduced rate of $20 closes June 17, 2026 at 11:59pm. After online registration ends, in-person registration will be available at packet pick-up on June 19; day-of registration is $25. Packet pick-up and day-of registration are scheduled from 5:45pm to 6:45pm on June 19. There is no mail-in registration and no refunds.
Changing facilities are available at Clare High School. There is no separate kids run. Dogs are not allowed for safety reasons. Baby strollers are permitted but must start near the back of the field. All race proceeds will support Clare High School running programs. Participants are required to accept a waiver that includes assumption of risks and permission for race photos to be used.
