Chevron City to Surf for genU - Perth is a community fundraising event held at City Beach Oval on Fred Burton Way in City Beach, WA on 30 August 2026. The event offers distance options including:

Participants receive a branded event T-shirt, a finisher’s medal and a certificate. The event provides on-course entertainment, aid stations with water and electrolytes, toilets and first aid, and professional medical support. Roads are fully closed for the event and a post-event recovery area supplies fruit and electrolytes.
The finish precinct is family friendly and features food vendors, free carnival rides, entertainment, and complimentary fairy floss and popcorn. Free public transport and shuttle buses operate for participants and spectators between Perth CBD, Floreat and City Beach Oval.
Fundraising is a core element: the combined fundraising effort has raised A$155,572.30 toward a A$500,000.00 goal. Funds raised support genU programs that improve accessibility and participation for people living with disability in Western Australia, and projects to modernise and make genU homes safer and more functional.
