Chevron City to Surf for genU in Perth is scheduled for 30 August 2026 at City Beach Oval, Fred Burton Way, City Beach WA, Australia. The event raises funds for genU to support people living with disability across Western Australia.
Funds raised will support two main areas: provision of equipment and programs that improve accessibility and participation, and modernisation and accessibility upgrades to make genU homes safer and more functional. Participant entries include a Chevron City to Surf for genU branded event T shirt, a finisher’s medal, and a certificate. On course entertainment and a family friendly finish precinct are part of the event experience. The finish precinct features food vendors, carnival rides, live entertainment, and complimentary fairy floss and popcorn.
The event is conducted on fully closed roads and provides on course aid stations with water, electrolytes, toilets, and first aid, plus professional medical support and a post event recovery area with fruit and electrolytes. Free public transport is available and shuttle buses operate between Perth CBD, Floreat, and City Beach Oval. Naming rights and partners include Chevron, the Town of Cambridge, the City of Perth, 7 News, and Nova 93.7.
