About the race
City Sprint Trifecta is an in-person urban event organized by JCI Kelowna at Red Bird Brewing in Kelowna, BC. Teams depart from Red Bird Brewing and navigate the downtown core to collect points by solving clues, completing light physical challenges, and doing creative tasks. The format is similar to the Amazing Race. One ticket covers a team of four and teams must check in together at Red Bird Brewing.
Participants must be 16 or older; those under 18 must take part with a parent or guardian. At least one teammate must have a smartphone capable of taking photos, posting to social media, and receiving route instructions. The event runs rain or shine, so participants should dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear.
The event is held in person, offers free parking, and runs for about seven hours. Entry fees support youth through the Emergency Youth Shelter operated by BGC Okanagan and help JCI Kelowna continue local leadership and community projects. Prizes are awarded to top teams.
