CITY Sprint 5K
The CITY Sprint is a 5K road race held on September 27, 2026, that routes through St. Louis CITY SC’s stadium district and finishes inside Energizer Park. The course starts at Lou Fusz Plaza and travels through streets of Downtown West, passing CITY SC practice fields, the Washington University Orthopedics High Performance Center, CITY Pavilion, SoMa House, and the Pillars of the Valley monument before entering the stadium tunnel to the finish.
Registration includes a commemorative CITY Sprint T-shirt, a finisher medal, and race photos taken at the finish. Participants 21 and older receive one beer. Early registration provides two CITY2 match tickets; ticket availability is tied to registration deadlines and match choices. Entry is capped at the first 3,000 registrants and the event is timed by bib number with overall and age-group awards.
Packet pick-up is offered in the days before the race at CITY Pavilion and at Big River Running West County Store, with additional packet options on race day at Lou Fusz Plaza. The event is produced with Big River Race Management. Participants may run with a jogging stroller and children in strollers do not require separate registration.
