Event Overview
The City of Upland Recreation and Community Services Division, in partnership with the Upland High School Boys and Girls Cross Country Team, organizes the Annual Turkey Trot. This community event takes place on Thanksgiving morning at San Antonio Park. Proceeds from the race are used to support the Upland High School Cross Country program.
Participation is limited to the first 1000 registrants. The event offers two distinct distances for participants:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1K Kids Dash (for ages 9 years and younger)
Course and Logistics
The race route begins and ends at San Antonio Park in Upland. The event proceeds regardless of weather conditions, and entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants can collect their race bibs on the day before the event at the Landecena Community Building or during the check-in window on race morning.
Awards and Recognition
All participants receive a participation medal upon completing their respective distance. In the 5K category, prizes and medals are awarded to the overall male and female finishers. Additionally, medals are provided to the first-place finishers within each specific age category of the 5K run and walk. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
