Annual Sailfish Sprint 2027
The 10th Annual Sailfish Sprint takes place in Stuart, Florida on March 6, 2027. The course runs through historic parts of the City of Stuart and both begins and ends at Memorial Park in downtown Stuart. The event is held in conjunction with the Marathon of the Treasure Coast.
Distances offered include:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 1 mile Walk 4H2O
- 1/2 mile Kids Dash
Finishers in the main races receive medals, and there are age group awards. A souvenir race tech shirt is provided, with shirts guaranteed for the first 300 registered participants; sizes are not guaranteed after February 20, 2027. Packet pick up is available Friday, March 5 at the 10th Street Community Center, with additional packet pick up on race day at Memorial Park.
Course support includes three water stops along the route: one serving the 5 km course as a double stop, and two serving the 10 km course. Bottled water in coolers and a nutrition table will be available on site. Participants who need more than the provided water are encouraged to bring their own hydration and nutrition.
The Walk 4H2O is a one mile walk with proceeds supporting Water for South Sudan. The 1/2 mile Kids Dash runs through Memorial Park and awards finisher medals to participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
