Participants may request a family friendly song to be played as they cross the finish; the selection is not guaranteed and may be added to the event playlist.
The event is a fundraiser; proceeds support efforts to help families in Douglas County achieve financial stability by pairing them with mentors who provide training in personal finance, employment, and communication skills.
