Cinco de Miler 5 Mile Run
The Cinco de Miler is an annual 5 mile road race scheduled for May 8, 2027, held at Montrose Harbor in Chicago. The event includes an in-person race and a virtual participation option for those who cannot attend on site. The finish line is marked by a three story piñata arch, and a post-race area called the Cinco de Miler Cantina hosts food and music.
Race registration includes event apparel and other exclusive swag, a commemorative finisher's medal that doubles as a bottle opener, free race photos, and professional timing on a professionally managed course. Registered participants 21 and older receive one complimentary beer or Mexican Mule. The post-race Cantina features Mexican treats, beer, and live mariachi music.
