Chupacabra Endurance Run

The Chupacabra Endurance Run is a 10-hour event held at Bluhm County Park in Westville, Indiana.

Participants run on a trail loop that is approximately 4 to 4.1 miles long, which includes a small pavement section. The event format is structured in hourly segments. Runners must complete each loop within one hour to continue in the race. Winners are determined by who runs the final loop the fastest.

Pacers, whether human or animal, are not allowed. At the start/finish area, there is a shelter where runners can set up a personal crew station. The event provides Gatorade, water, and snacks.

All runners receive a limited-edition t-shirt and a Chupacabra wooden medal. A unique prize system is based on the number of loops completed. Participants receive colored poker chips after completing loops, which can be exchanged for prizes at corresponding tables. The red chip table offers items like shirts and mugs, while the blue chip table contains gift cards and free entries to other race series events.

Registration fees vary, with an early bird price listed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
