Chupacabra Endurance 10-hour Run : Bluhm County Park, Westville, IN
The event is a timed endurance run held on August 29, 2026, at Bluhm County Park in Westville, Indiana. The course uses a trail loop of approximately 4 to 4.1 miles with only a small paved section. The format runs on a 10 hour clock; the clock is restarted each hour and runners must complete the loop within that hour or they are removed from the race.
Runners receive a limited-edition t-shirt and a wooden Chupacabra medal. Participants receive timing chips only after completing four loops. Loops four through six earn a red chip for each loop; loops seven through nine earn a blue chip for each loop. Chips are exchanged at prize tables that correspond to chip color; red table items include shirts, a coffee mug, and other items from previous Crazy Legs Race Series events, while blue table items include various gift cards and entries for Crazy Legs Race Series events.
No pacers are allowed, either human or animal; violation of this rule results in disqualification. The finish order among remaining competitors is determined by who runs the final loop the fastest.
There is space for a personal crew station at the shelter. Gatorade, water, and snacks will be provided at the start/finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
