Event overview
The Christmas Lane 5k is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Thomaston, Georgia. The event is a 5k run/walk that begins and finishes at Silvertown Baptist Church, 300 W Goodrich Ave. The course travels down Christmas Lane and passes through Greatest Generation Park and the historic Silvertown subdivision. Proceeds of the race will benefit the Thomaston-Upson Chamber of Commerce.
Registration, awards and event features
Standard registration is priced at $40 until October 31, 2025; the price increases to $50 after that date. Race day registration is available. A student discount is offered via code Student20 for a 20% discount, and a $30 registration option is available for children 10 and under using code Child30. A long-sleeve t-shirt is provided with a deadline of November 21 for guaranteed shirts. Awards include top three male and female overall, top male and female masters, and top three male and female in each age group. Age groups listed are: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Immediately following the race, the Thomaston-Upson Chamber of Commerce will serve homemade veggie soup, hot chocolate, and coffee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
