Chilly Willy 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Chattanooga
The Chilly Willy event takes place on January 17, 2027 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at Shelter #1 on the Tennessee Riverwalk (4631 Amnicola Hwy, 37406). The event offers in-person and virtual race options across several distances.

The 5K and 10K courses are single out-and-back routes; the half marathon is a double loop. The courses are described as generally flat. Water stations will be available at approximately every 1.5 miles. The course cutoff for the half marathon is 3.5 hours, which corresponds to a 16 minute per mile pace.
All finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are given for top overall and top age-group finishers, with 5-year age groups starting at 10 and under and extending through 75 and over. Overall and masters categories are also listed among awards.
Packet pickup is handled on race morning; any additional early pickup options will be posted if available. Virtual participants can complete their distance offsite, submit their time by the end of race day, and receive virtual packages shipped after the event to continental US addresses.
