Event Information

The Chilly Cheeks event takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026. It is a 5K run or walk held at Star Ranch in McDade, Texas. Star Ranch is a family-friendly nudist resort.

The Course

The course goes through trails and pastures on the ranch grounds. The first 3K winds through woodlands and pastures. The final 2K follows sand and gravel paths past cabins and cottages. The finish line is at the ranch's pool area, where a light meal from a grill is provided.

The event is clothing optional. Participation is limited to 200 people. All participants must pre-register, and background checks are part of the registration process.

Additional Activities

New for the year, the event will also feature karaoke, pickleball, Cornhole, free individual photos, and a food truck.
