Chillicothe Half Marathon and 5K : June 6, 2026, Chillicothe, Ohio
The Chillicothe Half Marathon and 5K takes place in downtown Chillicothe, Ohio, with start and finish close to Fifty West Brewing. The event offers two race distances and a mostly paved, out and back course that uses the Paint Creek Recreational Trail for a large portion of the route.
Distances
- Half Marathon: out and back on Paint Creek Recreational Trail, paved.
- 5K: primarily paved streets and trails.
The course is fully marked with mile markers and cones. There are three distinct aid stations; the half marathon passes each station twice for six total stops, while the 5K has one aid station. The half marathon has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Strollers are permitted only on the 5K due to narrow sections of the half marathon course.
Packet pick-up is available at Fifty West Brewing Company on the day before the race and on race morning. Post-race offerings include a finish-line celebration with beer or soda from Fifty West Brewing. Results and live tracking are provided through the RacePenguin timing app.
Awards are presented for male and female finishers in both distances, with Fleet Feet gift card prizes and race entries for top places. The event is presented by Adena Health Systems and is part of the Ohio Challenge Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
