Chillicothe Half Marathon
The Chillicothe Half Marathon takes place in downtown Chillicothe, a location noted as the first capital city of Ohio. The event features out-and-back courses that transition from the historic downtown area onto flat, paved trails. Participants can choose between two main distances:
- Half Marathon
- 5k
The race start and finish lines are located near Fifty West Brewing on Paint Street. The routes are fully supported, providing one aid station for the 5k and multiple aid stations along the Half Marathon course.
Registered runners receive an event shirt and a custom finisher medal. Additionally, participants are provided with one beer from Fifty West Brewing as part of their registration.
There is an option to purchase a combination ticket that includes entry to the Chillicothe Brewfest. This afternoon event features samples from various Ohio brewers, distillers, and vintners, along with live local music. Attendees for the Brewfest portion must be 21 years of age or older.
