Chiemgau Trail Run
The Chiemgau Trail Run is a multi-distance trail running weekend based in Kurpark Marquartstein in the Achental, on the edge of the Chiemgauer Alpen. The event has taken place in Marquartstein since 2017 and the next edition is scheduled for 24 October 2026. Organisers offer four distinct race options across the weekend.
The weekend programme is spread over several days and includes race packet pickup at the start area, an independent Hochplatten Berglauf as part of the event weekend, an expo with food trucks and DJ music, public talks, a race briefing and award ceremonies. There is a late registration option with an additional fee of 20 euros.
On the main race day multiple distances start in sequence and the organisers operate cut-off times for longer routes. After-race gatherings and refreshments are scheduled in the event area. Event information and a gallery with images from past editions are maintained for participants and visitors.
