Running with the Cows Fun Run

All three courses are all-paved. The 10k and 5k routes pass through the Mariners' Museum area, Lions Bridge, Riverside Drive and run along the James River. The course is USATF certified and described as smooth and easy to follow, suitable for both runners and walkers.

After the races there is a Post Party and a Family Fun Zone with activities aimed at families and spectators. The event also partners with the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank. Donations are accepted during online registration and at Packet Pickup to support the Foodbank's work and help provide meals to the local community.
