Supertri Chicago 2027
Supertri Chicago takes place August 21-22, 2027 along the Lake Michigan lakefront in Chicago. The event offers multiple race distances for adults and children and features swim, bike, and run legs.
The swim takes place in Lake Michigan. Sprint and Olympic athletes start in Monroe Harbor and exit near the lakefront. Saturday SuperSprint and kids races swim from Foster Beach.
The bike course for Sprint and Olympic races uses city roads including Lakeshore Drive, Lower Wacker Drive and the McCormick Place Busway before returning to transition. Saturday SuperSprint and kids athletes complete loops next to the lake with spectator-lined sections.
The run route passes lakefront and notable Chicago landmarks and finishes on Columbus Drive surrounded by city buildings and spectators. Kids SuperSprint courses run on a path close to Lake Michigan.
Distances offered include:
- Kids Jr: 100 m swim, 2.2 mi bike, 0.62 mi run
- Kids Sr: 200 m swim, 4.4 mi bike, 1.24 mi run
- SuperSprint: 0.23 mi swim, 6.2 mi bike, 1.5 mi run
- Sprint: 0.47 mi swim, 15 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Olympic: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Triple Challenge: 1.63 mi swim, 46.3 mi bike, 10.85 mi run
