Chestermere Loop The Lake Run
The 15th annual Chestermere Loop The Lake Run takes place at Camp Chestermere. The event features a scenic course around Lake Chestermere and a finish line beach party.
Distances offered
- 21 km run for ages 16 and up
- 10 km run for ages 10 and up
- 5 km run for ages 10 and up
- 1 km kids run for ages 5 and up
Race entry includes a finisher tech t shirt and race bib; the kids race includes a medal and bib. Registrations after June 1 are not guaranteed a shirt. The entry also includes four well stocked aid stations on course, RFID chip timing with real time web results, lunch and Cinnzeo rolls and other post race food, plus an optional metal finisher medal with new designs planned for the following year.
Volunteers are eligible to receive a transferable race entry valid for one year. The start location is Chestermere Regional Community Association with parking located across from the start line. Race package pickup is available at the start location. Aid stations provide water, gels, cookies and other snacks, washrooms and first aid.
