Cherhill Down - Four Colour Local Event

Cherhill Down Four Colour Local Event 2025, near Calne in Wiltshire, offers four colour-coded orienteering courses across open downland with copses, a hillfort and a prominent monument. Distances range from Yellow 2.2 km to Blue 6.0 km, with climbs up to about 225 m, catering to beginners through experienced orienteers. Maps are 1:10,000 with 5 m contours, printed waterproof and annotated with course descriptions.

The event uses SportIdent timing, online entry only, and features group entries for Yellow/Orange. There will be no on-day entries. Nearby car sharing is available.
