Chase the Moon Battersea Park 5k & 10k - 15 December 2027
Chase the Moon Battersea Park is an evening running event at Battersea Park Bandstand in London on 15 December 2027. The organiser is RunThrough and the event uses the park paths around the bandstand as a lap course.
The course is described as totally flat and runs on wide tarmac paths. The 5 km and 10 km races are lap formats that start and finish at the park bandstand. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the route. Water stations are provided on every lap and a bottle of water is available at the finish. There is a 90 minute cut off time due to park restrictions.
Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post race goodies and bag drop. Race pack collection is available on event day and a secure marquee is used for baggage with a tag system linked to the race number. Toilets are located in the event village.
Minimum ages apply: 11 for the 5 km and 15 for the 10 km. The event welcomes buggy runners and wheelchair athletes and advises spectators to use the event village area to view the start and finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
