Event overview
Chase the Glow takes place on December 12, 2025 in Estes Park, Colorado (170 MacGregor Ave). The event offers two distances:

Participants follow a paved route through Estes Park holiday light displays and finish in Bond Park near a Christmas village. The event is presented as family friendly and includes hot chocolate and locally made Christmas cookies after the route.

The first 300 registered participants receive a custom beanie. Wearable Christmas lights and holiday-themed course surprises are listed as participant features. A holiday-themed aid station is part of the course.
Volunteers receive a 50% race credit usable for any Running Wild Events race; volunteer roles listed include course marshals, hot chocolate servers, cookie peddlers, cheer squad, and packet pickup. A $10 discount code is available by email for Estes Valley students, Estes Valley Trail Runners members, teachers, first responders, active duty military, and veterans.
