Charleston Craft Beer Half Marathon and 5K
The Charleston Craft Beer Half Marathon and 5K takes place in Historic Summerville, South Carolina. Both races start and finish at Hutchinson Square, 102 S. Main St., Summerville, SC 29483. The event includes a finish festival in Hutchinson Square with local and regional breweries, live music, vendors, and food.

The course runs through the streets of Summerville and returns to the finish festival area. Water and portos are provided roughly every 2 miles and portos are located at the start and finish area. Runners should bring their own water to the start because bottled water is provided after the race. Timing is provided with disposable timing tags issued at packet pick up. Pace groups are planned with target times of 1:35, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, and 2:45.
Every participant who registered before April 15 is guaranteed a tech shirt in a men s or women s cut and shirt sizes cannot be switched. Finisher medals and a pint glass and can coozie are mentioned for early half marathon registrants. Awards are presented for top overall finishers and for age divisions. The half marathon has a 3 hour time limit. Dogs and strollers are not allowed. Registration fees are non refundable and registrations are non transferable though transfers into the virtual event are allowed through April 15, 2027.
