Charity Half Marathon - Los Angeles
The Charity Half Marathon is an exclusive fundraising race held as part of the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon on March 7, 2027. The course runs from Dodger Stadium to Santa Monica Boulevard at the corner of Avenue of the Stars in Century City and covers approximately 13.7 miles. The distance is not an official half marathon; a timing mat at 13.1 miles is provided for those seeking an accurate half marathon split.
All entries are charity entries: participants must commit to fundraising for Team TMF or another official charity partner. Team TMF participants receive benefits that, at the time listed, include free race entry with a fundraising commitment, a personalized bib if registered by 1/31/27 or before sellout, an exclusive Team TMF T-shirt, LA Road Runners membership access, VIP hospitality tent access at the start, and an official finisher medal and participant t-shirt. Additional fundraising incentives are offered for higher milestones, including a listed incentive for $3,000 raised by February 3, 2027.
The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 45 minutes after the last runner crosses the start line; runners slower than a 17:00 minute per mile pace should note the course will reopen to vehicular traffic on a rolling basis. There is no dedicated Charity Half gear check; participants may use the Marathon gear check if they arrive early.
