This community run/walk takes place at Palencia Elementary School, 355 Palencia Village Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32095. The event offers two measured distances and includes participant services, awards, and timing.

Entry fees vary by registration period: $30 before January 1, $35 January 1 through February 6, and $40 on race day. Once registered and paid, no refunds are given. The steering committee may cancel or postpone the event for inclement weather, emergency, or natural disaster without issuing refunds.
Mail-in registration is accepted and must be postmarked by the stated mail-in deadline. Packet pickup and on-site packet registration are available the day before and the morning of the event at the race site; specified pickup times are provided by the organizer.
Awards are presented for overall male and female finishers, male and female masters winners, and the top three finishers in multiple age divisions, including 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over. Participants registered by December 31 receive a run t-shirt; shirt sizes may be substituted.
The race is professionally timed and scored by Hasselmania Productions using disposable electronic tags attached to bibs. Printed results are posted at the race site and live online at RaceSmith.com. Runners are asked to wear bibs on the front, pinned at all four corners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
