Chappy Point to Point
The Chappy Point to Point is a 5-mile road race on Chappaquidick Island, Edgartown, Massachusetts. The course runs from the waters of Wasque Point to the ferry at Chappy Point. The event is described as the longest continually running road race on Martha's Vineyard. Walkers are welcome and registration is limited to 340 runners.
Registration for the event opens on May 6 and closes on June 26, with a registration fee of $25.00. Race bibs can be picked up on June 27 at Memorial Wharf between 4:00 - 5:00 pm or on the morning of the event in the Chappy Ferry parking lot from 7:00 - 8:00 am. Runners who pick up bibs on the Saturday before the race receive a free passenger round trip on the Chappy Ferry. Vans will shuttle participants from the Chappy Ferry parking lot to the starting point at Wasque Point on the morning of the race.
