Entry, rules and conditions
Entries open on 20/11/2025 at 20:00. Entry fees are £8.00 for affiliated runners and £10.00 for un-affiliated runners. The minimum age to enter is 18 years on race day. Entrants must declare they are medically fit to compete and accept that they enter at their own risk; the organisers will not be held responsible for injury, illness or loss. No refunds are given for inability to compete. If the race is cancelled at short notice, fees will not be refunded; the organisers may reschedule the race, allow entries to transfer to another runner, or re-arrange the event for the following year.
Specific entry requirements include writing an emergency contact and any relevant medical conditions on the reverse of the race number. Earphones, headphones or similar devices are not permitted, except for runners with a genuine hearing impairment.
