Cereal City Classic : Battle Creek, MI
The Cereal City Classic is a road race event held in Battle Creek, Michigan with in-person and virtual options in 2026. The live event takes place on June 13, 2026, and the virtual event window runs from June 13 to June 28, 2026. Packet pickup is available at the YMCA Multi Sports Complex on the days before and the day of the live event.
Registration opens February 1, 2026. Early registration is available through May 31 with a listed fee of $35; participants aged 12 and under receive a $10 discount on early fees. Late registration runs from June 1 through race day with a higher fee of $45. Same-day online registration is handled electronically.
Tee shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before May 29; registrations after that date receive shirts on a first-come, first-served basis. Virtual participants in the United States will have shirts and bibs mailed once they submit their completed run results; shirts and bibs are not shipped outside the United States. Virtual participant shirts are mailed for those outside a 30 mile radius, while local participants pick up shirts on packet pickup days. Virtual entries do not receive race awards.
Awards for the live 5K and 10K include overall male and female placements and first and second place awards in age divisions from 14 and under through 70–99. Race proceeds support local relief programs including emergency day camps, diaper drives, meal distribution, and blood drive services.
